Client Background:
The client entity is Beijing Orange Leaf Technology Co., Ltd., which has a mine fuel station project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and needs to order 5 high-flow fuel dispensers along with a management system.
Initial Contact:
The client had prior exposure to our fuel dispenser products while still in China, which led them to reach out to us for products and solutions.

Customer Requirements:
The customer has two sites locally and requires 5 fuel dispensers with a flow rate of 200 liters per minute, as well as an IC card-based management system; additionally, centralized management of data from both sites is required.
Challenges encountered:
We have never built a 200 L/min fueling station.
Addressing a technical challenge:
Through communication with the technical team, we discovered that one of our suppliers for flow meters and oil pumps offered a solution rated at 200 liters per minute; however, we had not previously implemented such a system. Since the customer provided detailed drawings, we were able to accept their order.

Proposing customer-friendly recommendations:
The client initially stated that there are two sites on-site, and that the data from both sites needs to be centralized on a single server for management. The conventional approach would involve installing a separate management system at each site and then ordering a dedicated data center to collect data from both sites via cloud servers; however, this approach would incur very high costs, which caused the client some hesitation. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the distance between the two sites is only a few hundred meters; therefore, by establishing a local area network (LAN) to connect the fueling station with the management system and utilizing a single management system, the client’s requirements can be fully met.
Post-implementation review:
By understanding the client’s specific needs and proposing professional solutions that exceed their expectations, you can build trust with the client and ultimately secure the order.
